Materialized views are not free. Each incremental view attached to a table must run its SELECT on every insert, and each execution creates a new part in the target table. Attaching too many views — more than 50 is typically excessive — will slow inserts significantly, both from the compute overhead of running each view and from the part pressure generated across all target tables. This can cascade into the "Too Many Parts" issue discussed earlier.
